Chicken Casserole

Recipe by Charlotte Mueller, recorded on October 8, 2002.

Cut up four breasts of chicken, bite size. Place in bottom of casserole. Cover with white sliced cheese (Mozzarella or Provolone, about 5 or 6 slices.) Mix one can of fat free cream of chicken soup with one half can of water. Pour over chicken and cheese. Mix one small box of stove top dressing with 1 stick melted butter. Put the dressing over the chicken etc. in casserole. Cover. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Take off covering and continue baking for another 20 minutes to crisp up the dressing.

This serves approx. 6-8 people. It's easy and delicious.
