Green Pea Shoots, Snap Peas, Radishes & Butter Lettuce

Dressing:

Arrange the vegetables attratively.

Saute onions in butter, and add Sauvignon Blanc and cream. Reduce until dressing is a medium-thick consistency. Drizzle over greens.
