Charlotte derived this recipe from the Obazda served at the brewery in Freising,
Bavaria, Germany - the oldest brewery in the world. It's a great appetizer,
served on little rounds of rye bread or crackers.
- 1 regular-sized cottage cheese container, small curd - NOT non-fat!
- couple heaping tablespoons of Limburger cheese
- garlic powder
- tablespoon of paprika
Mix ingredients thoroughly and enjoy!
