Plum Cake

Cream together:


Blend in 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. sour cream.

Streusel topping:
2-3 T. butter, flour, brown sugar, 1 T. cinnamon

Bake at 375 for 45 mins.

(Truth in advertising, the no-trans-fats was added in 2004 when this recipe was put on computer. It's probably better to cook with butter; mrm's opinion.)
