Charlotte's Plumcake

A Charlotte Mueller recipe, recorded 27 August 2000 by mrm

Plum Cake

Cream together:

• 1 stick butter or no-trans-fats-margarine
• 2 eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 t. vanilla

Add:

• 2 c. flour
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1 t. baking powder

Blend in 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. sour cream.

Streusel topping:
2-3 T. butter, flour, brown sugar, 1 T. cinnamon

Bake at 375 for 45 mins.

(Truth in advertising, the no-trans-fats was added in 2004 when this recipe was put on computer. It's probably better to cook with butter; mrm's opinion.)
