Recipe picked up in Whole Foods or something.
- sundried tomatoes
- pound of tofu
- four cloves of garlic
- tamari (or soy sauce)
- fresh herbs - go wild!
- lots of brewer's yeast
- couple green onions
- salt and pepper
Soak some sundried tomatoes in water and olive oil overnight.
In the morning, blend everything (including tomatoes and liquid from tomatoes)
in a blender or food processor.
Pack your lunch and hit the beach!
